The brownfield national highway project is set out in an urban scenario, amidst the twin cities of Gujarat; Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The national highway caters to a high traffic volume and due to its exceeding capacity, the existing four lane highway is proposed to be widened to six lane along with construction of flyovers and elevated corridor. The studio focuses on the feasibility study of the upgradation project. This portfolio discusses Client Organization Structure, Work Breakdown Structure, Demand Analysis and Cost Management which were carried out as a part of the feasibility study of the project.
