It is a crucial component, especially considering public or commercial buildings or offices on important avenues and streets. This skin has evolved over time, with the help of the engineered solutions. The project is based on the concept of dynamic façade. A dynamic façade is like a structurally mobile member which often functions as the main entrance of a building. Installing dynamic facades not only for their aesthetic values, but also for improving the buildings’ energy performance. Dynamic facades increases their durability and suitability, with current building demands, which targets for energy efficiency and thermal comfort level.
