The integration of blockchain technology within the supply chain management of the Indian construction industry holds immense promise for revolutionizing transparency, traceability, and efficiency. This research aims to identify critical areas where blockchain can be seamlessly integrated, thereby addressing delays, fraud, and lack of accountability often plaguing construction projects. By exploring blockchain's potential impact on reducing delays and enhancing transparency, this study aspires to formulate a robust framework for its implementation. Analysis of supply chain processes, case studies on blockchain integration, and stakeholder interviews will provide the necessary groundwork for comprehending the challenges and potential benefits. The planned schedule of literature review, data collection, and framework development over the course of four months aims to establish a comprehensive strategy for blockchain integration, laying the groundwork for enhancing supply chain management practices within the Indian construction landscape.
