Enhancing Lean Construction Management with Conversational Agents
The construction industry is undergoing a transformation, with a growing emphasis on Lean Construction principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance project outcomes. In this directed study program, we aim to explore the potential of conversational agents to revolutionize construction management by making it more effective, efficient, and Lean. Conversational agents, powered by natural language processing and AI, have the potential to streamline communication, automate tasks, and provide real-time insights for decision making on construction projects. This research project will empower university students to 2 investigate and develop practical solutions using conversational agents within the context of Lean Construction, addressing challenges and opportunities in the construction industry.
