The project begins with a complete analysis of current ESG assessment literature and frameworks, emphasizing their relevance and limits in the construction sector. This evaluation will help to understand a sector specific ESG assessment system that considers the unique problems and possibilities that construction businesses confront. The suggested framework emphasizes environmental sustainability techniques such as energy efficiency, waste management, & resource conservation. Social elements will include labor practices, safety and health regulations, community participation, and diversity and inclusion programs. Governance considerations will examine corporate governance frameworks, transparency, ethical company behavior, and stakeholder responsibility. The data was collected from construction companies through BRSR format, and its analysis was carried out concerning other construction companies that are doing well in the construction sector also suggestions were given through which company can improve their ESG ratings
