Effective detection and evaluation of risks for pre-construction and post-construction phases of projects.
In developing nations, inefficient risk management in the pre-construction and post-construction phases leads to poor performance of the project. To reduce such risks, a stringent set of comprehension guidelines needs to be adhered to during the construction phase. Since there will always be unexpected circumstances that come up throughout the project execution, it is, unfortunately, challenging to prevent potential risks during construction projects. Construction projects have higher levels of intrinsic risk compared to other industries, but they also have more technical complexity. The contribution that risk analysis and management make to the overall project management of construction projects will be directly impacted by how the identification process is carried out. The phases in the identification and evaluation process are examined in this research along with how they could affect risk analysis's efficacy.
