DRP goal would be to create a digital framework for Quality Rating system of real estate project. The rating shall be a single number is representative of the overall QAQC health of the project. It shall be be a live number that will get updated dynamically as per project milestones or timeline. The methodology of deriving the Quality Rating shall be based on real time authentic and digital QAQC processes. The quality rating system would have a way to deep dive into various parts of the project as well as various contractors involved. DRP shall create this quality rating system and take inspiration from several international examples like CONQUAS of Singapore.
