The construction industry, while making significant strides towards digital transformation, faces multifaceted challenges that impede the seamless integration of 3D Building Information Modeling and 4D-5D into construction management workflows. The primary challenge revolves around maintaining seamless data synchronization across multiple software platforms and managing the dependencies and manual interventions to ensure data accuracy and timeliness in project planning and execution. This research investigates these problems and facilitates a smoother integration of 4D-5D workflows with 3D model, where all the stakeholders can access the scheduling and budget updates by a semi-automated approach of linking MS Projects to Autodesk Revit.
