Implementation of Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024
Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit (VGGS) was conceptualized in 2003 to re-establish Gujarat as a preferred investment destination within India. The Summit has evolved into a platform for brainstorming on agendas of global socio-economic development, in addition to being a facilitator for knowledge sharing and forging effective partnerships. The proposed DRP intends to capture the different life cycle stages of a project. This will be inclusive of understanding the event from conceptual phase to close out. Aspects such as site feasibility, project procurement, preparation of project designs, project execution methods, scheduling and monitoring, final measurements and handover of the site shall form the basis of the study. The methodology will be inclusive of studying the previous VGGS events, perform site visits, and study of relevant literature. The study shall provide insights on how a project is conceived to its execution and handover. The observations and findings of the study shall be helpful for industry professionals, researchers, and practitioners.
