The studio project focuses on incorporating Integrated Project Delivery and Virtual collaboration & communication through Big Room meetings for Streamlined Processing. We have applied BIM-Lean concepts along with the Last planner System for a better coordinated and collaborated approach for successful project delivery. We have simulated the industry project process for the design and execution phase. Clash Detection, 4D & 5D simulation, Quantity Take-off, Choosing By Advantage, and Design Structure Matrix was part of the major studio deliverables. For continuous improvement (LPS), PPC was tracked for each stakeholder weekly and remarks for further improvement and possible suggestions were recorded.
