This studio was designed to help us understand the importance of BIM and Lean tools during a project's lifecycle. Incorporating the same on a live project through collaborative working and integrated processes is of utmost importance. This portfolio looks into the aspects of BIM Implementation Plan (BIM XP, EIR), the Modelling Process flow for Building Services like MEPF and also Design Optimization through a combination of lean tools namely Target Value Design (TVD) and Choosing By Advantages (CBA) for the project in consideration.
