This studio developed an understanding of Integrated Project Delivery by concentrating on BIM functionality and Lean concepts while examining an institutional residential development project in Ahmedabad. To better understand stakeholder perspectives and collaborative functioning, group members took on the roles of architect, structural consultant, MEPF consultant, contractor, and BIM coordinator. In this studio, many BIM and Lean principles were designed to obtain more substantial results than we would have with traditional techniques.  This portfolio showcases the MEPF consultant's work. To put BIM concepts into action, a BIM execution plan was created for this hostel project. Other significant BIM execution use cases after the modelling phase include quantity take-off, use of Dynamo script, 4D and 5D simulations, and other technologies like AR and VR. The studio contributed to the advantages of implementing integrated project delivery strategies.
