Each service is analyzed based on its specific needs and significance within the industry. Precise calculations are conducted to determine the optimal placement of these services in a particular project, and corresponding drawings are meticulously prepared. To enhance 3D visualization, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is employed, facilitating the identification and resolution of clashes in the services during project execution. The project selected is residential building at Waterloo, Canada and all services are designed as per OBC guidelines.
