Passive Comfort Lab helped us understand climate analysis with the use of tools such as Dview and Climate consultant. It also introduces us to Building physics such as heat transfer through conduction,convection and radiation. We used this understanding to build a solar cooker and evaluate its performance. The course also introduces us to building simulations, aimed at understanding how heat balance of building happens in a simulated environment.
