MEGA is Gujarat’s first metro-rail transport system, which will revolutionize travel by providing fast, safe, comfortable and reliable means of transport. Metro-link Express for Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad commonly known as MEGA is a joint venture by government of Gujarat and government of India. At present the phase-1 of the project is planned, designed and being implemented. Under the phase one there will be a total route of 37.93 km.
