Detailed study of the Pune Metro Rail Project was done including all conceiving phase, development phase, implementation phase. A detailed study was done regarding feasibility of the project, bidding process, material management, safety, QA/QC, etc. A thorough understanding on the financial feasibility was developed by me. Overall, Project progress, monitoring, cost control and other various management aspects were covered.
