The studio focused on Project Birla Vanya. it encompassed various aspects of the project starting from Project Family tree,  corporate plan, the company program, need and demand for various types of feasibilities, statutory and other clearances, budgeting and scheduling, sources of the funds, cost comparisons,  design management process, drawing control index, labour laws and labour license process, quality management to Management Information System (MIS) etc. It essentially consisted of all the factors that play a role in the project from the conceiving stage to the finishing stage.
