In this subject I could get an opportunity for understanding the project design, planning, co-ordination process well. I understood the whole process and amount of tasks it takes to complete a project as per need in permissible time limit. All the assignments were designed so well that it gets the amount of understanding for completion. Due to that I could work on Family tree, life cycle phases of the project, Need and demand of the project, feasibility of the project, clearances requirement, sources of funds and budget development, detailed estimates, contents of bid documents, comparison with CPWD and NITI Aayog and FIDIC, design management process, labour laws, material and equipment management, use of different project management software, quality management process, terms between contractor and consultant, consultant’s scope of work, management information system.
