The project selected for this studio course was the "Oberoi Garden City Phase-3" a real-estate project by Oberoi Realty Limited. This studio course helped us in understanding project as a whole. The overall process of understanding a project as whole has been cultivated through this course and case study selected. Though studio subject was being conducted online due to COVID-19 pandemic, we gained in depth knowledge of every stage of the project. I have keenly and with great interest worked on the aspects of the project and have studied the case study with the real time data.
