This course is useful in understanding the project of huge scale of 70 floor Salsette 27 in Mumbai byculla under L&T building and factories. This course helps to understand different phases of project over construction activities. Core faculty and academic associates guiding through all the actual facts of real life and making understand the processes to get all the approvals on different stages. This course also enlighten some points are very important at project life cycle but we could never learn from on field experience such as paperwork, approvals etc so this aspect was also covered in course curriculum. Overall current scenario due to civid-19, yes it does affected so we also learned to do schedule crushing too.
