PROJECT LIFE CYCLE PHASES
• Conceiving stage: The purpose of the project conceiving phase is to determine what the project should accomplish.
• Development stage: The development stage is critical to creating a project roadmap the entire team can follow. This is where all of the details are outlined and goals are defined in order to meet the requirements laid out by the organization.
