In this particular studio unit our group was given a Herbicide industry and we named it as Fresh Field Agritech Pvt.Ltd and all the work uploaded was done my me individually and other work excel these were done by individual group members, we learned everything related to project management of industrial project including project charter, WBS, organisation chart, project delivery approach, feasibility study and other permissions and value engineering, moreover, in the second half we got to learn MS project as a software and worked on it for project monitoring and controlling. It was a comprehensive studio and well planned.
