The studio Project Procurement Management, helped to understand the important and crucial phase ‘procurement’ of any construction project for any scale. Below listed are the leaning takeaways achieved throughout the studio timeline: I) Study of Documents & Understanding Exercises Project Family Tree and Study of Similar Nature of Projects. Literature Study of National & International Publications, such as FIDIC, JICA, ADB, JNNURM, NITI AAYOG, R&B Department, CPWD and CVC along with financial schemes. Study of Bid Team (Roles and responsibilities of each member/Organization) II) Preparing Contract Documents By referring reference tender document of similar nature of project, drafting of NIT, PQ, ITB, GCC, SCC, specifications, tender drawings, Price Bid were carried out. III) Go/ No-Go Study Bid Go/No-Go Study along with Questionnaire Survey Preparing Bid Capture Board Estimated Vs. awarded contract cost and conclusion N-procure study Pre-Bid Queries and Meetings BID Opening, Evaluation & Finalization of successful Bidders.
