LKCC06 package is a part of Phase 1(A) of North-South Corridor of Lucknow Metro connecting Railway Station to Gomti Nagar through Old City Areas like Hazratganj, Hussainganj, Sachivalaya etc. As these areas are very old and densely populated, there was no scope of elevated Metro. Thus, there is 3.44km underground tunnel line & 3 underground stations – Hazratganj, Hussainganj, Sachivalaya are planned for this stretch. The whole North-South corridor is connecting extreme north and extreme south points of the city which are Airport & Indira Munshidpulia.
