MAIN DRIVE OF TUNNEL BORING MACHINE FOR MUMBAI METRO

My project training was done in Mumbai Metro Line-3 on Package UGC-04,under which three stations -Shitladevi, Dadar and Siddhivinayak Mandir and the associated tunnels are to be constructed. Tunnel length is 5.5 km one way and total tunnel length is 11 km. The tunnel are bored using Tunnel Boring Machine and the procedure observed for it, is shown in the project.
