Cuboid Shift explores flexibility, community, and integration with nature. A central open space anchors single-level interactions, while staggered balcony forms maintain privacy and uninterrupted views. The dynamic floor plate accommodates either a 3BHK or a 4BHK within the same structural framework, enabled by four service shafts that allow rotation and mirroring. Internal partition walls adapt to user needs without impacting the core structure. Water-sensitive landscapes, bioswales, and reed beds thread through the project, embedding ecology into the daily experience. Architecture, here, shifts with life rather than resisting it.
