INCREMENTAL MODULAR HABITAT

‘A self-sustaining, adaptable ecosystem that integrates nature & expands over time - a city within a city that grows with its residents and evolves with future FSI opportunities.' Built to last for more than 50 years on an MS space-frame structural grid, it weaves incremental housing layers that transition and expand as needs change. Within dry construction and prefabricated building elements, it’s easy for a mobile population to move or shift. Here, cosmopolitan young bachelors find a true micro-city: sculpted microclimates and green corridors pulse through its form; water is harvested, recycled, and composted in a closed cycle; and, when government permits higher FSI, each resident can extend their existing unit with minimal upfront investment, unlocking new space and possibilities without rebuilding the whole.
