As part of this studio, I undertook the design of a library as the primary architectural program, focusing on the integration of spanning and bearing structural systems to achieve both functionality and spatial efficiency. The project emphasized advanced detailing, requiring the development of precise working models, including a functional latch mechanism, to refine technical articulation. Additionally, I designed a personal residence, incorporating meticulous spatial planning and detailed kitchen and toilet layouts. A collaborative effort among 11 students resulted in a comprehensive group model that synthesized individual elements into a cohesive architectural composition. Through rigorous model-making and structural analysis, I translated theoretical principles into practical execution, enhancing my expertise in architectural detailing and construction methodologies.
