Architectural discourse often prioritizes a static perception of architecture, without considering that buildings change over time due to external factors (weathering) or user changes. This DRP studies the afterlife of buildings by focusing on a typology of buildings designed to be adaptable. It also looks at the consequences of this adaptability and how much the architect's original vision for the building is respected after decades of evolution. To do so, it studies changes made to the academic building, NID Ahmedabad, and tries to develop a language that can accurately depict such changes. (FOR COMPLETE PROJECT, PLEASE REFER TO THE LINK)
