This project envisions a tranquil residence in Jawai, Rajasthan, set within an introverted landscape framed by trees at the entrance, mountains on two sides, and a serene lake at the front. Designed for a 60-year-old foreign woman and her intern, the home engages deeply with its surroundings, fostering a dialogue between architecture, nature, and emotion. The design explores spatial atmospheres that reflect solitude, contemplation, and companionship, creating distinct yet interconnected experiences. Emphasis is placed on how materiality, light, and spatial transitions shape the emotional resonance of the residence, offering a retreat that is both introspective and alive with changing moods.
