TIME VAULT

The studio investigated the intersection of tectonic systems and stereotomic massing, exploring how construction logic and spatial sequencing shape architectural form. Set facing Mandu’s Jahaz Mahal, Time Vault is conceived as archive is a spatial journey through past, present, and future, framed by the metaphor of through a keyhole. Carved plinths, sunken vaults, and floating steel decks create a layered dialogue of memory, material, and time, allowing the archive to grow radially — open-ended and inclusive, like the histories it holds. This is a keyhole through time, revealing fragments across temporal layers. where the archives that preserve the past, Time Vault frames and filters access, inviting only those who seek to unlock its depths.
