This project reconceptualize an underutilized space within St. Xavier College as a vibrant vocational training and outreach centre, guided by the principle of "less material, more function." Through the use of reclaimed materials and efficient spatial strategies—such as modular frameworks, integrated storage, and multifunctional furniture—it demonstrates sustainable design rooted in material frugality and adaptive reuse. The intervention supports the college’s educational and social mission while exemplifying environmentally responsible, purpose-driven design.
