Herders Retreat is a thoughtfully designed housing community tailored to support the lifestyle and needs of cow herders. Located in the tranquil setting of Old Koba village, it offers a serene view of the Sabarmati River, enhancing the natural charm of the area. The project comprises 30 well-planned homes, complemented by shared cow sheds and communal spaces that promote cooperation and collective responsibility. Each structure is designed to balance functionality with aesthetic appeal, ensuring comfort while reflecting the cultural essence of the community. The layout encourages interaction, mutual support, and a strong sense of identity among residents. Herders Retreat stands as a model of sustainable rural development, offering a dignified and empowering environment for herders to live, work, and thrive together.
