It is a unifying institution that enriches the notion of a city for all, beyond the existing community sensitivities due to the differences in people's cultural identity. It celebrates those differences in a way that it resonates with the dissolution of boundaries and emotes the idea of oneness. It is a neutralizing space that builds hope, where various social forces express themselves in extending a range of knowledge imperative to enrich their lives and to find communion with other people.
