Archivox: A Sonic Archive

Situated along the highline in Manhattan in New York, archivox is a sonic archive created by a combination of librarians and dance jockeys working together, creating a new hybrid profession. After coming up with the hybrid, AI images were generated to visualise the spatial qualities required, and then 3D objects were booleaned together to obtain kit of parts, eventually combined to form compositions. What started off as a scaleless composition on Cinema 4D was then remodelled with proportions on Rhino, and eventually the spaces were developed further, selecting a part of the overall compostion as the chunk model.
