Two types of residential units are envisaged in the tower and at ground level responding to the local context in experience and materiality. The tower which appears to be a seperate entity connects to the existing unit forming a public deck.The long journey culminates into a rooftop garden allowing one to experience the vast open sky and the entire precinct in birds eye view.
