Regenerative Scrubland: Ecology & Engagement

The project reimagines a neglected scrubland as a regenerative edge between the lake and the city — a place where ecological function and human presence coexist in balance. Rather than imposing a fixed form, the design embraces the site's changing terrain, vegetation, and seasonal rhythms to create a landscape that responds, evolves, and engages. It is not just about restoration, but about fostering a deeper connection between people and place through minimal, meaningful interventions. The scrubland becomes a living interface — inviting pause, movement, and awareness in a space shaped by both nature and intent.
