This project focuses on designing a multicoloured highlighter that allows users to switch between different ink colours through a simple twisting action. Utilizing a cam-follower mechanism, the design converts rotational motion into linear movement, enabling precise engagement of various ink cartridges without electronic components. The aim is to create an ergonomic, user-friendly writing instrument that enhances efficiency and convenience for students, professionals, and artists who frequently use multiple highlighter colours. This mechanical approach offers a durable and intuitive alternative to traditional multicolour pens, emphasizing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
