This speculative board game duo, set in a post-human dystopia, critiques transhumanism and ecological collapse through interactive play. Techanism Ascent (Ludo-inspired) challenges players to build biomechanical "Techanisms" by harvesting dismembered body parts, navigating moral trade-offs between efficiency and empathy. Chaos Climb (Snakes & Ladders-inspired) tasks players with ascending a biomechanical hierarchy, evading nature’s glitches while balancing tech upgrades. Both games dissect themes of dehumanization, biopolitics, and nature’s rebellion, questioning the cost of progress in systems that commodify bodies and erase identity. Together, they ask: Can we transcend the Machine’s control, or do we become its architects? A visceral exploration of power, ethics, and resistance.
