This Directed Research Project focused on evaluating the effectiveness of e-Governance in Gujarat, specifically the e-Nagar portal. Launched by the Government of Gujarat, the portal aims to streamline urban service delivery across Urban Local Bodies (ULBs). This project involved both primary and secondary research. Conducted structured surveys capturing user experience, satisfaction levels, and operational challenges. Through detailed zone-wise analysis, module usage data, the project highlighted gaps and opportunities in the current system. The findings culminated in actionable recommendations for e-Nagar 2.0, aimed at improving citizen outreach, technical efficiency, and overall governance responsiveness.
