My exploration into Morbi’s fiscal framework began with an in-depth analysis of key financial documents—budget reports, audited statements, and grant utilization records. This review unveiled critical issues. A shift toward scientific budgeting methods and inclusive financial planning is essential to strengthen Morbi's financial resilience. Introducing participatory mechanisms and decision-support tools can ensure better alignment with citizen needs, while digital systems and staff capacity building will enhance accountability, transparency, and overall fiscal discipline.
