The proposed redevelopment of the commercial zones at Vasna and Vastrapur seeks to create vibrant, community-oriented public spaces that support both social interaction and individual tranquility. Nestled within dense residential neighborhoods, these areas serve as vital community hubs with immense potential for inclusive and multifunctional use. The design aims to foster an environment where leisure, commerce, and everyday social activities coexist harmoniously. A key feature of the proposal is the strategic placement of vending spaces along the road perimeter, framed by soft landscaping that offers both visibility and a buffer of privacy. The project aligns with human-centric urban design principles, aiming to enhance quality of life, encourage pedestrian activity, and strengthen neighborhood ties.
