This DRP aims to integrate spatial planning with industrial redevelopment to promote sustainable economic growth in Chennai’s Master Plan (2027–2046). The study evaluates industrial clusters across Chennai to identify redevelopment potential and recommend planning strategies that attract investments. Methodologies include market analysis of 34 industrial estates, 3V analysis (Node, Place, Market value), and heat map analysis to rank clusters. The outcome is a comprehensive framework offering targeted interventions for optimizing land use, enhancing connectivity, and revitalizing Chennai’s industrial economy.
