This research examines the impact of Transit Oriented Development policies along Ahmedabad’s Commerce Six Road to Vijay Cross Road corridor. The study focuses on how urban design elements built form, open spaces, and streets shape redevelopment in a brownfield context. Through site documentation, photographic and document analysis, it evaluates FSI usage, building setbacks, and spatial relationships. Findings reveal visible policy effects but also highlight gaps in spatial integration and regulatory compliance. This sets the groundwork for further analysis of built form and mobility.
