This project reimagines the university precinct in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad—where CEPT, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad University, and St. Xavier's College are located—by connecting it to the city through the Local Area Plan (LAP) framework. With strong academic presence and transit access, the area is not well connected, lacks public spaces, and has inactive street life. The proposal adds new streets, enhances pedestrian infrastructure, and activates institutional edges to make the area walkable, mixed-use, and student-oriented urban district. A vital demonstration area between CEPT and Ahmedabad University exhibits a lively academic axis with shared public spaces, cultural anchors, and commercial activity.
