This project presents a framework plan for a Student-Centric Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) in the Ahmedabad University Area, Navrangpura. The vision reimagines the precinct as a connected, inclusive, and vibrant university neighborhood. Key interventions include a transit plaza, student plaza, active university edges, and mixed-use development around the metro station. The plan also features a detailed demonstration area, design guidelines, and phased implementation strategies to integrate learning, living, and mobility while enhancing public accessibility, fostering innovation, and promoting long-term urban regeneration through student-focused infrastructure and active public realm enhancements.
