Sarjan Dreams: A Vision for Inclusive Urban Living

In this studio, I learned how to plan and build a mass housing project using precast concrete technology. We worked with the given project details like scope, deadlines, and costs. The goal is to complete the project in 6 months for core and shell, 9 months with finishing, and using fewer resources while maintaining good quality and safety. We studied real projects to understand how precast parts are manufactured, transported, and put together on site. And also, I learned construction project planning and scheduling. This helps me learn how to use modern building methods to finish big projects faster and better. The studio gives me practical knowledge for real-life construction work using precast systems.
