As a part of Studio 2 - Construction Project: Execution, Monitoring & Control we had the opportunity to intervene in a Hospital redevelopment project. The site is inside a medical campus comprising a medical college, auditorium, hostel block, and the existing hospital building. For our study purpose, we investigated the execution of the building in phase 1, out of the 3 phases planned. The project study included pre-construction activities, site layout planning, quality management, project planning & scheduling, lean construction, contracts administration, and earned value management.
