Green Building Rating has become common in India across various building sectors. While most often the projects seek rating for Code Compliance and Marketing, it is important to note how these projects fair after the rating is awarded. This assessment will help in determining the success factors of these ratings. It is therefore important to understand what happens to the building after they are rated across Design, HVAC and IAQ as large KPI. Additional KPI will be identified, and thresholds shall be set.
