Evaluating Financial Feasibility of Retrofitting and Rehabilitating Existing Structures for ESG Compliance
The growing emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance has increased the need for sustainable real estate practices. This study focuses on achieving net-zero carbon emissions for buildings constructed in the early 2000s through retrofitting and redevelopment. A financial model will be developed to assess the current value of these structures, the required investment for retrofitting, and the financial returns, ensuring economic viability.
